missingWrote a review on Sept 21friendly staffenjoyable breakfastclean roomspoor communication
We had a great time on our group trip! The staff was super friendly and helped us navigate the subway easily to check out places like The Barclays Center and Madison Square Garden. The breakfast was also enjoyable each morning, and having clean rooms daily made a difference. Just a heads up for future guests, the area is quiet, but you'll need to travel a bit for more dining options.
The only downside was the communication regarding our room. It felt cramped at times, which could be uncomfortable for longer stays, especially without much closet space for our things.

My kids wished there was a microwave in the room for late-night snacks, which would have made our stay even better.

The room was quite comfortable with a big bed that felt cozy. The AC worked well, keeping it just right. However, the layout felt a bit cramped, and there wasn’t a comfortable chair to sit in. The shower was super nice though! It was a clean space overall, but I wish there was a coffee setup or microwave in the room.
